2018 Thornhill Team Cup
Event Information
This is a standard race in being that is has 3 qualifiers and mains with awards going to the top 5 and TQ. However there is also a team competition aspect to it. Teams can be made up of any group of racers from any skill level. Teams are competing to be the 2018 Thornhill Team Cup Champions and have their team engraved onto the Team Cup trophy.
Team Cup Competition:
-Minimum 10 person teams, 20 person maximum
-Top 15 team member race results used to determine overall team score (example: 15 team members all running 2 classes=30 race results, top 15 of those scores are used)
-Teams can be made up by any group of racers
-Team designations will be made at track side check-in. You do not need to be on a team to race
-Standard race format of qualifiers and mains
-Main finish worth up to 200 points (200 for first, 199 for second, 198 for third, ect)
-The team with the highest score will be the 2018 US Team Cup Champion. Their team information will be engraved on a plate and placed onto the team cup. The team cup will then be displayed at the Thornhill facility for all to see. Each year the team cup championship will be up for grabs.

Award for the team showing the Best Team Spirit by representing their team with shirts, hats, stickers, banners, enthusiasm, etc
