What to Expect:
St. Louis Dirt Burners, one of the most competitive and active 1/8th off-road tracks in the country provides the setting and host track to one of the most anticipated yearly races in the region. Battle the best of the Midwest, while being outdoors where the action is hot and heavy at the 2024 Gateway Classic Presented by AMain Hobbies on June 7-8, 2024.
Brought to you by the St. Louis Dirt Burners, home of the Midwest's best outdoor off-road RC racing action, and some of the best companies in the industry once again in 2024.
- Our track will be professionally designed and built.
- Entry Fees: $40 first class, $30 second class, $20 each additional class – CASH ONLY.
- 2 Rounds of qualifying with 1 drop – Tiebreaker based on qualifying time.
- Top 2 finishers from each lower main will bump to the next main.
- 30-minute Nitro Expert A-mains, 20-minute Nitro Sportsman/40+ A-mains, 8-minute Electric 1/8 A-mains.
- Heats will be re-sorted after each round of qualifying.
- NO 100% chassis-sponsored drivers allowed in Sportsman classes.
- Awards will be given to TQ and Top 5 of each class.
- Event T-shirts will be available to purchase, courtesy of Dirt Slingers.
- Door and raffle prizes will be offered.
- RV and Trailer parking is available.
- Personal transponders are required. (All except black MRT transponders are compatible)
- Schedule is subject to change.
