CWIC Meeting 4 19th February 2023

Event Information

This is the fourth meeting of the CWIC 2022/23 Series which is being held at the Olympiad Sports Centre, Sadlers Mead, Chippenham, SN15 3PA. Please note that there is now a car parking charges for the Sunday - £1.40 for the day.
The meeting dates are (1) 23 Oct 2022, (2) 27 Nov 2022, (3) 15 Jan 2023, (4) 19 Feb 2023, (5) 19 Mar 2023

The track is approximately 30M x 16M and runs on ETS carpet

There are a total of five meetings, with each meeting comprising two championship rounds, i.e. there are a total of ten championship . For the overall champioship your best seven results will count.

Juniors will be part of the Championship and will also receive their own awards.

We are pleased to announce that trackside support is provided by RaceCraft RC racecraftrc.co.uk

A Tombola will be run across the series and prizes will be provided by a number of our supporters - RaceCraftRC, MB Models, a list of a number of the prizes will be avaiable as the series progresses. The Tobola draw will be made at the 5th meeting.

Handout motors will be avaiable from Race Control from approx 8:05 at each event and must be handed back at the end of each event after you have finished marshalling. At the end of the championshp the motor will be yours to keep. CHASSIS: Tamiya only, 2wd type M chassis kit – no chassis 2wd conversions HOP UP’S; Any Tamiya and 3 Racing designed for these cars BODYSHELL; Scale M Class bodies only, NO TC or LMP type bodies allowed MIN WEIGHT: 1250gms MAX LENGTH. 239mm or max wheelbase RIDE HEIGHT: min 3mm ESC: Any brushed or brushless ESC with low voltage cutoff in brushed mode with reverse disabled. It is aimed at those that wish to carry out some testing actvities - it is anticipated that racers will be using 13.5 or 'Open' motors. All manufactures models are eligible to enter.
